Grinnell most recently played George Bernard Shaw in Engaging Shaw at Theatre 40. He also performed in Late Company, Kin, Laura, Push, Dinner with Friends, Dangerous Corner, and Spider’s Web. Other theatre and opera credits include The Manor at Greystone Mansion, The Capulets and The Montagues with the Los Angeles Opera, Mine Eyes Hath Seen, The Field, and The Importance of Being Earnest at Theatre Banshee, Fortinbras at the Howard Fine Theater, and the world premier of Jon Cellini’s Harbor at the Victory Theater.

Grinnell produced The Boys Next Door at the Hollywood Court Theater for which he was nominated for an Ovation Award for acting.

Television highlights include “Magnum P.I.,” “Ratched,” “Why Women Kill,” “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Criminal Minds,” “Scandal,” “Mad Men” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Grinnell just released the second season of his web series, “Married Without Kids,” where he stars with his wife Julie Lancaster. Their first season premiered at the Raindance Film Festival in London in 2016. He also has a quarantine web series called “Cat-Tharsis” where he has therapy sessions with his cats.
